Annual YBAA-LA Summer Chill-Out:
Celebrating Our New Matriculants

Current Yale students, alumni and their families are invited to join us for food, drink and fun in the sun...as we welcome incoming students of African descent into the Yale family!

Relax pool side, go for a swim or decompress in the spa. A lifeguard will be present and the pool is a play pool (maximum depth is 5 feet)....So bring the family, casual clothes, an empty stomach and, if you'd like, a swimsuit and towel, and spend an afternoon with your Yale family!

Also, if you'd like, please bring a dessert, appetizer and/or your favorite beverage to share.

**This event is being held in conjunction with the LA area "Buzz Event" for the 45th Anniversary of the Afro-American Culture Center. Please be on the lookout for that invitation, and please RSVP for that event as well.**

**Hope to see you here for this dual-purpose event AND in New Haven October 17-19!**

Please RSVP by Sunday, July 27th

Exact address will be provided upon RSVP.

 The YBAA’s mission is:

"To serve, to involve and to inform the Yale community of Black alumni in order to build powerful networks, promote mentoring, create initiatives, and execute programs which connect us to each other, our communities, current Black students,  faculty and to Yale University."
